Q: What types of products do you sell? 
A: We specialize in handcrafted, one-of-a-kind luxury vanity trays, accessories, and gemstone bracelets. Each piece is uniquely designed with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.

Q: How do I care for my gemstone bracelet/vanity tray? 
A: To maintain the beauty and longevity of your gemstone bracelet or vanity tray, we recommend you avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals and store them in a safe, dry place. However, we do provide specific and more detailed care instructions with each order.

Q: Can I request a custom design? 
A: Yes, we love creating custom pieces! Please contact us at info@g-robi.com to discuss your ideas and requirements. Note that custom orders may take longer to fulfill and be priced differently.

Q: What is your return policy? 
A: All products are covered by our limited warranty. If the product is determined within 3 days to have a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it at no cost. If you are unhappy with your selection, you may return it within 5 days of the confirmed delivery receipt date.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn, and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs are final sale. 

After you have shipped back your item(s), please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

If your order was placed through Instagram or Facebook, please go to the respective app to request a return.

All return packages must be prepaid, insured for your own protection, and in the original box. We do not accept returns that are not bubble-wrapped & shipped in a box. Once an item is sold, we cannot be responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence, modification, or misuse. Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit only.

If you return a product outside of this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed or refused.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? 
A: Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days. Custom orders may take longer. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 
A: Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in The United States & Canada. Any shipments outside of these areas are not available at this time.

Q: How can I track my order? 
A: Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order.

A: We accept various payment methods, including all major credit cards, PayPal, AfterPay, Google & Apple Pay.

Seasonal Impacts: Due to holidays, weather disruptions, carrier and shipping concerns, and the impact of COVID-19, deliveries may experience delays of up to two business days. Please allow for additional shipping time to ensure your order is received by the desired date.
